The User may also obtain confirmation that personal data concerning him/her are being processed, and a copy of the data being processed will be made available, if required.

Pursuant to the law, the User is also guaranteed the right, through these means, to withdraw his consent to the processing of data for the stated purposes, not invalidating, however, the processing carried out until that date based on the prior consent given away.

DAVIALUX makes its best efforts to protect Users' personal data against unauthorized access.
